We accept the following PPO plans. While we are paneled with these insurance companies, each separate plan comes with a unique copay and deductible that is determined by your insurance company. Please call the number at the back of your insurance card before your first session to ensure you are informed of charges.

Phone Consultation (15 minutes): Free
Intake (50 minutes) : $200
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $170
Individual Therapy 30 minutes: $130
Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $170

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows: $150
Sending records: $30 per request

Participation in Legal Services
Court Appearance: $350 per hour including time spent travelling and preparation
Generating and Sending Records: $30 per request
Consultation with other professionals: $200 per 45 minutes
