Center for Psychological Well-Being and Empowerment PLLC is looking for a Postdoctoral candidate (PhD/PsyD) with similar clinical values and interests to join our growing team. We are a group of people women of color who value authenticity and aspire to create space to share and respect each other’s lived experiences.

Job Description

Provide Intake assessments, Individual, Relationship, and Group Therapy (virtual and in-person)

Offer Psycho-Educational and Professional Workshops and Consultations.

Work 23-25 hours a weekfull- time with flexible hours.

Culturally and relationally focused supervision that attends to the transition from institutions to private practicecenters social justice and focuses on identity development.

Training opportunities in Psychodrama, Trauma, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Interpersonal Process Groups, Relationship Therapy and Evidence Based Practice informed therapy and workshops, DBT, ACT, and outreach/consultation.

Professional development funding.

Billing, credentialing, licensing support, supervision, additional training as needed.

navigating interpersonal difficulties, acculturation stress, parenthood, treatment of Mood Disorders, identity exploration, navigating oppression and discrimination, cultural adjustment, self-esteemself-esteem, and self-worth.
