In-person and Virtual Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families in Illinois
A Note from the Co-Founders
As women raised in collectivistic cultures, we view therapy as a place to collaborate, support, and strengthen your commitment to yourself, your relationships, while continuing to examine the intentionality with which you choose to live your life.
Our relationship with you during the course of your therapeutic journey is important to us, not only because we want you to be comfortable in sessions but also because we want you to be able to use our relationship as a playground to practice expressing and exploring in any way that feels important to you. It is our privilege to witness and guide you on your journey.
In addition to understanding your experiences from your cultural lens, we are also conscious of the impact of sociocultural dynamics, historical trauma, as well as current and past political systems on your life.
We recognize that it is not uncommon to be trapped in narratives and roles from your past. If this is the case, we will help you identify contributors to the “stuckness”, and guide you in recreating your narrative, keeping in mind your values and aspirations, to help you feel the most authentic version of yourself.

Who We Support
We work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the emotional weight of life’s transitions. Whether processing past experiences or managing current stressors, we provide a space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.
From parenthood to career shifts to evolving relationships, we help caregivers process major life transitions, manage stress, and reconnect with their values while navigating the expectations placed on them.
We recognize the impact of sociocultural dynamics, systemic oppression, and historical trauma on mental health. Our practice offers a space where clients can process these experiences, recognize their strengths, and reclaim their sense of agency.
As a practice deeply attuned to the immigrant experience, we understand the complexities of cultural adjustment, identity exploration, and the challenges of navigating multiple worlds. We support clients in making sense of their experiences while honoring their cultural roots.
Our Mission
Our mission is to collaborate with you in understanding your experience in the world as multicultural beings and examining each part of your story on your own terms. We work from a trauma informed perspective which means we recognize the pervasive nature of trauma and how it impacts and looks different in each person. We aspire to guide you in reinterpreting experiences, making connections, diminishing misconceptions, and developing an informed and stable understanding of yourself. The goal is for you to know why you are anxious, sad, angry, disillusioned, fearful and lonely so that the burden of bewilderment that accompanies intense emotions is reduced. We are here to help you create better alignment between who you are and who you want to be.
