If you’ve found your way to this page, there’s a good chance your nervous system has been carrying a lot. Many of us live with chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a feeling that our bodies never quite get the signal that it’s safe to relax.

This one-hour Vagus Nerve Workshop is designed to gently introduce you to the incredible intelligence of your nervous system and how learning to work with it—rather than against it—can create meaningful shifts in how you feel.

The vagus nerve plays a central role in regulating stress, emotional safety, connection, and our body’s ability to return to calm after difficult experiences. When it’s supported, many people notice improvements in anxiety, mood, sleep, digestion, and overall resilience.

During our time together, you’ll learn:


Simple, science-informed techniques to activate your body’s natural calming response
Practical exercises you can use in everyday life to support regulation and resilience

This workshop is educational, experiential, and accessible. No prior knowledge is needed—just a willingness to slow down, listen to your body, and explore new ways of supporting yourself.

While this is not therapy, and is not a replacement for therapy, my intention is to create a space that feels grounding, compassionate, and empowering. Whether you’re curious about nervous system regulation, looking for tools to manage stress, or wanting to deepen your understanding of mind-body healing, you are welcome here.
